Refund policy

We have an Easy 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item has to be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you should contact us at rise.shop.eg@gmail.com. Specify your reason for your return, Your order number and whether you want to exchange the item or get a refund.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you our shipping agent, as well as all the necessary details.  Note that an extra 50 EGP should be paid incase of a return or exchange for shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
