At RISE, we are committed to having an Easy 14-day return and exchange policy, from receiving your item to requesting a return. To be eligible for a return, your item has to be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you should contact us at rise.shop.eg@gmail.com or through the contact form below. Specify your reason for your return/exchange, and your order number.

Once your request is accepted shortly, we'll send you our shipping agent, as well as the necessary details. Note that unfortunately, an extra 50 EGP should be paid incase of a return/exchange for shipping costs.
